Home Selling Process

Our process is designed to be straight-forward and make things easy and clear for everyone involved:​

2. SCHEDULE A PROPERTY VISIT: After we receive your information, we will reach out to you to discuss your home in more detail and schedule a property visit. From the time you initially contact us, we typically respond to you the same day and can schedule a property visit based on your schedule.
 

3. THE PROPERTY VISIT: During our property visit, we will evaluate the physical condition of your home and learn about what you are looking for in terms of timing and other factors. Note: We can make you an offer on your home without scheduling a property visit, but most often the property visit leads to better offers and more money for you.

4. RECEIVE AN OFFER: If your home is a good fit for our investment program we will typically make you a cash offer for your home within 24 hours.

5. ESCROW AND CLOSING: If you accept our offer, we will open escrow and establish a closing timeline that works for your schedule.

SUMMARY: From start-to-finish, our process can take as little as 14 days, or really as long as you would like to fit your needs.
